Buyer's Terms & Conditions

  1. Buyers are : Travel Agency, Event Organizer, or MICE Operator from Indonesia or Overseas whose potential to sell Tourism Products, such as Hotels and other tourism-related business.
  2. The registration fee is valid for 1 (ONE) delegate.
  3. Buyers get : Transfer In & Out, 2 nights accommodation (Twin/triple sharing), 1x Post Tour, ID Card, Goodie Bag.
  4. 2x Breakfast – 1x coffee break – 1x Table Top – 1x Lunch – 2x Dinner.
  5. Buyers must register via Online or Offline by filling the following form.
  6. After Online Registration is complete, buyers will get a confirmation & invoice that will be sent by email.
  7. Buyers Registration Fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) : IDR 700.000 .
  8. Payment can be done by Transfer to :

  9. Please put the last 3 digits of your mobile number to the total amount. Eg. Member with mobile +62811391811 will transfer the amount of IDR 700.811
  10. .Payment Time Limit : 5 Days after registration form submission (Subject to change without prior notice)
  11. If payment were not received after the time limit given, the spot will be allocated to another buyer
  12. Buyers name will be displayed on the official website after sending the transfer receipt and flight details to buyersltm@gmail.com.
  13. The Pickups will be prepared from 07.30 AM to 04.00 PM Local Time. Organizer does not provide transportation outside the time range given.
  14. ALL BUYERS must arrive before 04.00 PM Local Time as a conditions to be confirmed by the organizing commitee.
  15. Organizing commitee has FULL RIGHTS to Approve / Cancel / Reject any registree who can not fulfill the terms & conditions given.
